We will want to have your records before the first appointment so that we can get accurate medical care started as soon as possible. Please be patient with us as we have a large backlog of clients looking to get into the practice that we will be working through. Our goal is to maintain a high quality of care at all times while helping as many individuals as possible. However, achieving this balance at a level we find acceptable becomes challenging when we either increase the number of patients seen each day beyond a certain limit or create a situation where patients cannot receive timely care after falling ill. We apologize for the distressing situation this may cause to owners and animals that are seeking healthcare that we cannot provide. We are currently expanding our staff to help Aroostook County become less underserved. Please understand we have animals’ and clients’ best interests in mind.
